RISCS-NCSC Impact award – 2026 pilot

RISCS invites nominations to pilot Impact Award!

RISCS is always keen to support our community in showcasing the impact and reach of research beyond immediate academic audiences. In particular, we want to collect stories featuring successful impacts – large and small – that we can share within NCSC and beyond as inspiration for future work on sociotechnical cyber security.

This year we are piloting an award, the winner to be announced at our Annual Conference (21-22 May 2026), which recognises the impact of research specifically within NCSC. If you think your research has been impactful upon any aspect of NCSC thinking or work over the past 10 years, you are warmly invited to self-nominate for the 2026 RISCS Impact Award.

Entries will be assessed by the RISCS management team and NCSC steering group. The competition is open to any other members of the RISCS community, including current and former Fellows.
